Ask yourself these questions…..

  • WHATS THE MISSING PEICE?
  • What do you expect and want from your relationship?
  • Are you committed to yourself and the relationship?
  • Do you want your life and relationship to be RICHER?
  • Could counselling Help?

Relationships are important! Good relationships support us throughout our life. They play a significant role in our health and satisfaction with life. We have relationships with partners, family, extended family, friends, and work colleagues to name a few.

Unfortunately, few of us are taught how to sustain a good relationship with a spouse or partner, family and friends. The result is that many relationships suffer difficulties and many end or are strained unnecessarily.

Most problems, such as communication can be resolved with effective help, often more easily than people believe. People attend relationship counselling together or separately.

Relationship counselling provides an opportunity to be listened to while you talk about the challenges that you are facing in life. This mode of counselling can be short-term, even as short as a one-off session, or longer term over a period of weeks or months. It is generally specific to a particular problem area which you are experiencing. Relationship counselling will assist you in finding the necessary options which will support change and coping mechanisms.

Relationship counselling may include the following issues:

  • Conflict resolution

  • Creative problem solving
  • Reconciliation
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Emotional issues
  • Intimacy
  • Trust and infidelity
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Self confidence
  • Power and control issues
  • Anger
  • Trauma

Power of Change Counselling & Coaching’s aim is to provide safe, supportive and confidential relationship counselling in a peaceful setting allowing you to explore who you have been, who you are and who you may want to be.
