Is this you? You’ve had counselling, been to numerous psychologists yet you’re still struggling with stress, or anxiety or depression. You’ve been diagnosed with PTSD and are still suffering?

I use a process called The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP) to elegantly, simply, yet comprehensively resolve trauma and trauma related issues – anxiety, stress, depression, fears and phobias, generally in 3 sessions.
It’s a very structured process including components of Parts Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Choice Therapy, Ego-State Therapy, Mindfulness, Gestalt, Emotion-focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dream Therapy, and others.
TRTP makes use of Hypnotherapy in all 3 sessions to deal with the trauma (stressful events) that’s in the unconscious and in the body.

It’s an amazing dynamic process where the ordered series of steps if they were done separately they would not be as powerful. It’s unique and it allows movement to adjust to each person’s individual needs.

TRTP deals with the persons underlying core beliefs which keep someone stuck and continuing the same pattern of emotion, thoughts, and behaviors. This is dealt with at the beginning of the process so no self-sabotage can occur.
For trauma or to gain healing from stressful events 2 things must happen.

1. The person must (somehow) be moved to an empowered position regarding the trauma
2. The body must somehow know the event /events are over

TRTP then takes the emotional charge from the past, moving the client to a place of empowerment in relation to the trauma. Because hypnosis is used, the therapist can then speak directly to the body and to the unconscious. The client is shifted from fight/flight/freeze and moved to an empowered, self-regulated state. The sympathetic nervous system is calmed. The memory of the trauma is placed firmly in the past.

The client quickly moves from their state of fight, flight, freeze – ‘I’m not safe!’  To, ‘It’s over.  I’m safe now…’  Calm returns, on all levels. Symptoms cease. Symptoms being stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, OCD, PTSD and addiction.

TRTP does not merely address the symptoms of trauma. It deals with the underlying cause of the problem, removing the emotional charge from the past and returning the person to a state of empowerment, returning the sympathetic nervous system to calm.

This process is truly remarkable and its for anyone who is ready for a change and wants to take responsibility for their life. Not living with any symptoms, you then live vibrantly, fully living, healthy and loving life.
